SHIPPING METHODS
The shipment will be made by an express transport company of Metal Core's choice.
a) For national shipments:
Delivery time will be 24/48 hours provided it is available in stock.
b) For shipments to Europe:
The price and delivery times for shipments to European Union countries will depend on the zone in which the destination country is located:
- Germany, France: 3 - 4 days
- Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 3 - 4 days
- Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Poland, Czech Republic, Switzerland: 4 - 5 days
- Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Sweden: 5 - 6 days
Depending on the customs of the country of entry, and provided it is available in stock.
RETURNS
Metal Core undertakes to accept returns, repairs, exchanges and refunds relating to our products in accordance with the provisions of the Seller's Code; reference error, factory product damage or product failure within the warranty period. In this case, Metal Core will take the cost of return. The refund will be made within 15 days from the receipt of the product.
If for any other reason you are not satisfied with the product, you will have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the material. The product and packaging must be in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with all the documentation included, otherwise it will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the customer, also will be subtracted the cost of transport incurred.
